I based this quick and delicious snack on my breakfast granola, but it can easily be made with any other store bought granola or muesli. I use mine as I just made a new batch and was left with some that did not fit in the jar.. though, to be honest, I also think it is super yummy.
There are no accurate measurements to this one, and the recipe attached is more of a ‘how too’. This is a ‘feel free to go nuts’ (pun intended) kind of recipe where everything and anything works, and it is mostly based on your own flavours and likes.
So, just go for it and create your own favourite – chocolate, off course, is a must!
100 grams dark chocolate
1 cup granola
10 grams salted butter
1 tbsp chocolate liqueur
Cover a 9×9 inch baking pan with clingfilm.
Melt the chocolate with the butter & the liqueur. mix well.
Spread the chocolate mixture on the pan in a thin-ish layer.
Spread the granola on top, pressing it slightly into the chocolate.
Leave in the freezer to set for an hour before cutting into bar sizes.
Store in a closed plastic container in the fridge.

You can add mini marshmallows on top and gently singe them with a kitchen burner for a more chewy bite.
